The Role
As a Business & Support Coordinator, based in our Sherburn in Elmet office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting projects from order through installation to completion. You’ll work closely with colleagues, subcontractors, manufacturers, and customers to ensure information is accurate, communication is professional, and project workflows stay on track.
What You'll Be Doing
Keeping project stakeholders updated — making sure everyone has the right information at the right time.
Preparing installation and project documentation — ensuring subcontractors have everything they need to deliver smoothly.
Maintaining accurate CRM and project records — keeping our systems reliable and up to date.
Inputting sales orders and raising purchase orders — helping projects move efficiently from quotation to delivery.
Managing warranty claims — supporting customers with clear, timely resolutions.
Logging discrepancies and tracking missing items — ensuring issues are captured and resolved quickly.
Processing invoices — keeping financial records flowing smoothly for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Preparing Operations & Maintenance packs — providing customers with complete, professional project handover information.
Supporting monthly reporting — helping the team stay informed and organised.
Updating subcontractor records and archiving documents — ensuring compliance and up‑to‑date information.
