Export Sales Manager - EMEA & North America
The Role:
- Working as part of the Export Sales team to manage and develop HAGS distribution channels in established markets across EMEA and the US
- Formulate a strategy to support sales and market share growth in each respective market
- Analyse market size by product category and agree growth plans to maximise HAGS market share
- Identify new routes to market and sales channels to support sales and market share growth
- Establishing sales goals and objectives for the regional distribution channels
- Manage a robust and accurate sales forecasting process
- Deliver sales revenue and gross margin targets
Main Duties:
- Maintaining regular contact with distributors
- Where necessary identify new distribution channels to ensure sales growth across all 3 product categories
- Provide distributor support via various HAGS departments to maintain high customer service
- Submit accurate monthly order forecasts
- Conduct regular meetings with distributors – remote and face-to-face
